Requirements

 

If you attained your OT degree from an ACOTE(or foreign) institute:

  • MOT, MSOT, or master’s in related health field with a BOT or BSOT
  • Official transcript(s) for all degrees
  • Copy of US Occupational Therapy license

 

If you attained your MPT or MSPT from a non-ACOTE (or foreign) institute:

    • Official transcript(s) directly from the university, college, or recognized credentialing body
    • Copy of US Occupational Therapy license
    • <

    • Academic equivalency documentation that states your degree is equivalent to US Masters in OT from Institute of Foreign Credential Services (select General Analysis)
