Jake Mischke

PT, DPT, MBA

Jake Mischke, PT, DPT, MBA is core faculty in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Tufts University-Seattle. Dr. Mischke's education background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska, a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Montana. He is a graduate of the Creighton University Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program and the University of Illinois at Chicago Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship Program. Dr. Mischke is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic and Manual Physical Therapists. He has presented on topics such as salary negotiation, gender wage disparities, business practices, and the clinical management of orthopedic conditions at local, state, and national levels. He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles, abstracts, and a book chapter. Dr. Mischke is a Fellow of Scientific Teaching through the National Institute on Scientific Teaching and is a former Salary Negotiation Facilitator through the American Association of University Women.
